We are seeking a Legal Expert to support our team in the implementation of a digital transformation initiative in Liberia.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert input on Liberian laws and regulations governing business registration and beneficial ownership.
Advise on legal and procedural aspects to ensure solution compliance with national legislation.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to translate legal requirements into practical and operational system features.
Qualifications:
Education: Advanced degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Liberian legal frameworks, particularly business registry regulations and the Beneficial Ownership Act.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders. Proven experience working with public institutions and government agencies.
