Position Title: Team Leader
Number of Openings: 1
Position: Full-time, Project-Based (3 months)
Location: Remote / East Africa Region
We are seeking a Team Leader with strong expertise in marketing and communications to oversee the implementation of a regional campaign initiative within the financial services sector.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least ten (10) years of professional experience in marketing or public relations.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing at least two (2) assignments of a similar nature, specifically in:
- Development of regional strategies for communication programmes;
- Formulation of publicity plans;
- Development of promotional strategy materials; and
- Building effective campaigns on cross-border products.
Desirable Attributes:
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country communications initiatives.
- Familiarity with regional economic integration or financial sector communication programmes.
