We are seeking an experienced Change Management and Training Expert to support our team in implementing a digital transformation initiative in Liberia. The expert will lead change management, training, and communication activities to ensure smooth system adoption and sustainable institutional impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective change management and communication strategies.
Develop and deliver training programmes, workshops, and e-learning sessions.
Assess impacts, manage resistance, and support user readiness and adoption.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align change initiatives with organisational goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Organisational Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.
Certifications in Prosci or CCMP required; PMP, PRINCE2, or Training of Trainers an advantage.
Minimum 8 years’ experience managing change in large-scale technology or system implementations.
Proven experience in training design and delivery, preferably for government or business registry systems.
Familiarity with change management tools such as ADKAR or ChangeGear.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural facilitation skills.
