Position Title: Technical Support

Number of Openings: 1

Position: Time-Based Contract, Based in Saint Lucia

We are seeking a Technical Support Team Member to support the implementation of a digital platform project in Saint Lucia. The role will involve requirements gathering, site visiting, UAT, user training, first-line technical support, and coordination with the project team to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support requirements gathering and stakeholder consultations.
  • Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
  • Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Provide first-line technical support to users.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required
  • Deliver user training and ongoing support.
  • Track and report support issues and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical support, ICT projects, or helpdesk operations.
  • Experience delivering user training and stakeholder support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams.
  • Based in Saint Lucia.

Desirable

  • Experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
  • Familiarity with web applications, databases, and cloud-based systems.
  • Basic understanding of server administration, networking, and IT infrastructure.
