Overview
We are seeking qualified individual professionals based in #Kenya to support the customisation and implementation of a Youth Platform.
Position 1: Project Manager
Education: Master’s Degree in ICT, Project Management, or a related field.
Certification: Valid PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Practitioner certification (Mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale ICT projects.
Specific Requirements: Demonstrated experience managing government or public sector digital transformation projects.
Position 2: System Architect
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, ICT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture and systems design.
Specific Requirements: Proven track record in system integration (G2G), database management, and cybersecurity. Experience in customising and integrating government systems is required.
Position 3: Back-End Developer
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in back-end development using Python/Django, Node.js, or similar technologies.
Specific Requirements: Extensive experience in API development, systems integration, and relational database management.
Position 4: AI / Machine Learning Engineer
Education: Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning and AI solutions development.
Specific Requirements: Portfolio demonstrating successful deployment of AI-powered chatbots, recommendation engines, or similar intelligent systems.
Position 5: Front-End / UX Developer
Education: Degree or Diploma in ICT or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in web and mobile application development.
Specific Requirements: Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and user experience (UX) design.
Position 6: Training & Capacity Building Specialist
Education: Degree in ICT, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT training, curriculum development, capacity building, and technical writing.
