Short-term: Change Management and Training Expert (Liberia)

We are seeking an experienced Change Management and Training Expert to support our team in implementing a digital transformation initiative in Liberia. The expert will lead change management, training, and communication activities to ensure smooth system adoption and sustainable institutional impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective change management and communication strategies.

  • Develop and deliver training programmes, workshops, and e-learning sessions.

  • Assess impacts, manage resistance, and support user readiness and adoption.

  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align change initiatives with organisational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Organisational Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.

  • Certifications in Prosci or CCMP required; PMP, PRINCE2, or Training of Trainers an advantage.

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience managing change in large-scale technology or system implementations.

  • Proven experience in training design and delivery, preferably for government or business registry systems.

  • Familiarity with change management tools such as ADKAR or ChangeGear.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural facilitation skills.
