Technical Support and Training (Rwanda)

Seeking an experienced Maintenance, Technical Support, Training, and Warranty Repair Specialist in Kigali, Rwanda.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular technical support to client.
  • Conduct training and continuous learning for client.
  • Prepare regular project reporting.
  • Undertake initial troubleshooting and attempt resolution of incidents.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Responsible for reviewing and validation of assigned incident level based on service Incident classification.
  • Escalate and assign incident tasks to 2nd line support.
  • Responsible for providing updates to users, including communication of incident resolution and ticket closure.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Deliver product training sessions as per requirement.
  • Provide helpdesk support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in support and training.
  • Experience with networking and server management (is considered an asset)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Language English and Kinyarwanda. French is asset.
