Seeking an experienced Maintenance, Technical Support, Training, and Warranty Repair Specialist in Kigali, Rwanda.

Responsibilities:
- Provide regular technical support to client.
- Conduct training and continuous learning for client.
- Prepare regular project reporting.
- Undertake initial troubleshooting and attempt resolution of incidents.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Responsible for reviewing and validation of assigned incident level based on service Incident classification.
- Escalate and assign incident tasks to 2nd line support.
- Responsible for providing updates to users, including communication of incident resolution and ticket closure.
- Conduct repairs and replacements.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Deliver product training sessions as per requirement.
- Provide helpdesk support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in support and training.
- Experience with networking and server management (is considered an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Language English and Kinyarwanda. French is asset.
