We are looking for Indonesians with experience in capacity building training and e-learning content development for a short term project. Following are the positions:
All positions are for Indonesia ONLY.
Position 1: Team Leader (LMS Expert)
- Minimum Master’s (S-2) education has a bachelor’s degree in the Department of Human Resource Management Science or Socio-Political Science or Organizational Capacity Building Science or Government Science or Public Policy Science.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing and/or providing technical assistance in organizational capacity building and/or village apparatus capacity development and empowerment
- Experience in designing learning content using an LMS that can be proven by the degree you have and/or experience related to it. Experience in developing learning content using LMS for state civil apparatus (ASN) will be a plus.
- Have innovative experience in designing and leading national-scale organizational capacity building strategies; if you have innovative experience related to ASN capacity building, it will be a plus.
- Candidates must have a mix of practical and technical skills in organizational management, and local governance, as well as excellent facilitation and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Candidates must have proven managerial and operational skills in operating national- scale programs/projects. Experience in working with the Government of Indonesia (GoI) and the World Bank is preferable.
Position 2: Deputy Team Leader
- Minimum Master’s (S-2) education in the department of Education or Community/Community Development Science or Government Science or Social Science or Political Science or Public Policy Science.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing and / or providing technical assistance in organizational capacity building and / or development and empowerment of village apparatus capacity
- Candidates have a mix of practical and technical skills in organizational management,
- and local governance, as well as excellent facilitation and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
Position 3: Local and Village Government Experts Qualification
- Minimum Master’s Education (S-2) in the department of Development Studies or Rural Development or Social Science or Political Science or Government Science or Public Policy Science,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and implementing organizational strengthening and capacity building for ASN at the regional and village government levels.
- Experience in designing and implementing organizational strengthening in developing capacity for ASN at the regional and village government levels in an innovative manner by evidenced by work documents and / or recognition from related parties will be a plus.
Position 4: Capacity Building Experts Qualification
- Minimum education master (S-2) in the department of Education or Psychology or Human Resource Management Science.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in public sector capacity building programs where at least 5 years in organizational/institutional capacity building training programs on a national scale and/or training for ASNs/village governments and have experience in online and blended learning.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in capacity building with an adult learning approach (andragogy), facilitator science and skills, mentoring methodology, and coaching
Position 5: Curriculum Development Expert Qualification
- Minimum Master’s (S-2) education in in the field of Education or Educational Research.
- 7 years of experience in the field of education or at least 7 years of experience in the field of professional training or organizational capacity building.
- Curriculum Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, developing core curricula, and regulating competencies.
Position 6: Learning Media Specialist Qualification
- Minimum master’s (S-2) education in the field of Information Technology or Educational Technology or Instructional Technology or Communication or Visual Communication Design or other related disciplines,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of designing and developing learning media (audio, video, audio-visual and other interactive media) needed to enrich the learning modules.
