Position 1: Team Lead
Qualification
- Master’s degree in computer science/information technology/ software engineering/Project Management/ or related fields
Experience
- More than 7-10 years of experience as a project manager in the software development industry, with a consistent track record of successfully managing diverse and complex projects in both private and public enterprises.
Skills
- Strong leadership, proficiency in project management tools, QA experience, problem-solving abilities, and deep knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies.

Position 2: Software Architect
Qualification
- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related fields
Experience
- More than 5 years of experience as a system architect, with a proven track record in designing and overseeing the structure of software systems.
- Proven experience in developing a conceptual model that defines the structure and behaviours of a system.
Skills
- Strong ability to define system structure, APIs, interfaces, and integration points.
- In-depth understanding of deployment, network architecture, system security, and architectural documentation.

Position 3: Business Analyst
Qualification
- BSc/ MSc degree in computer science/information technology/ software engineering, or related fields
Experience
- Over 5 years of related work experience as a business analyst, with a consistent track record of successfully developing business requirements from start or high-level requirements.
Skills
- Strong requirement translation, stakeholder collaboration, analytical thinking, and process improvement capabilities.

Position 4: Quality Assurance Specialist
Qualification
- BSc/ MSc degree in computer science/information technology/ software engineering or related fields
Experience
- More than 3 years of experience in developing a comprehensive test plan basedon project requirements.
- Experience in creating test cases that cover different scenarios.
Skills
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, UAT, bug tracking, API testing, SQL queries, and usability testing.

Position 5: Frontend/Backend/Full-stack/ Mobile
Qualification
- BA/ MSc degree in computer science/information technology/ software engineering or related fields
Experience
- More than 3 years of experience in system development.
- Experience with modern development technologies and tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile development approaches
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork. Experience in both frontend and backend development is a plus.

Position 6: Security Engineer
Qualification
- BA/MSc in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or any related field
Experience
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
- Experience configuring and managing firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Experience in securing and implementing security measures in cloud environments.
- Experience in performing security evaluations of software modules and systems
Skills
- Expertise in network security, encryption, access controls, and designing secure architectures.

Position 7: DevOps
Qualification
- BSc/MSc degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Certification in DevOps or security (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or CompTIA Security+) is preferred.
Experience
- Over 5 years in DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud deployments, and secure development pipelines.
Skills
- Expertise in CI/CD tools, containerisation, IAC (e.g., Terraform), security scanning, API configuration, and Agile support.

Position 8: UI-UX
Qualification
- BSc/BA degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), computer science, or related fields.
- Certification in UI/UX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, Google UX Design Certificate) is preferred.
Experience
- Over 5 years designing UI/UX for web/mobile platforms, including e-commerce.
Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, wireframing, usability testing, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and stakeholder collaboration.

Position 9: Product Owner/Agile Coach
Qualification
- BSc/MSc degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related fields.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Agilist, or Professional Scrum Master(PSM)) is required.
Experience
- Over 5 years managing Agile teams, product backlogs, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and tech integration projects (e.g., e-commerce, payments).
Skills
- Agile coaching, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder communication, DevSecOps coordination, and risk mitigation.
