We are looking for a team member background in agriculture value chain and experience of working with farmers in Paramaribo, Suriname for a short-term assignment.
Qualification and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and related field. A Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in agriculture value chain research and project implementation.
- Strong understanding of agriculture value chain including
- Experience with Farmer Management System and/or E-commerce is desirable.
- Experience in projects funded by the development sector is desirable.
- Previous experience in building capacity focusing on digital skills among farmer community will be desirable.
