Researcher/Team Leader
- A minimum of a master’s degree in development studies, social sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
- Extensive experience 5+ years in managing similar projects, preferably focusing on field surveys.
- Strong knowledge of employment and the labour market, challenges, and opportunities preferably on IDP and returnee projects.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Somali languages.
Research field coordinator
- A minimum of a bachelors’ degree in development studies, social sciences, or other relevant disciplines.
- 3+ years of research experience in tool preparation, data collection and training.
- Fieldwork experience and ability to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative field data
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Somali languages.
