Looking for a researcher for a short term project in Africa
Minimum qualification and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in education, development or similar.
- 10 years’ of experience in development work in Africa.
- Experience in working in the development sector on similar research projects.
- Experience in conducting interviews with diverse stakeholders as part of the research. process to gather data and information.
- Sound knowledge of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Africa and current initiatives – evidence of work done in this domain.
- Experience in working with ministries responsible for TVET is desirable.
- Experience in working with the African Union and AUDA-NEPAD is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in any of these languages is required – English, Portuguese and/or French required – both verbal and written.
