Step Innovations Africa is seeking highly qualified professionals for an exciting assignment involving the design and implementation of a marketplace platform to enable online trade between buyers and sellers, particularly micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The platform shall integrate with logistics systems, secure payment solutions, and customer support to deliver a seamless e-commerce experience.
We are inviting applications for the following 4 positions:
Team Leader – Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Project Management, Telecom, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in designing and implementing e-commerce platforms/marketplaces, including 5 similar projects. Strong leadership skills, PMP® or PRINCE2 certification is desirable. Proficiency in English (French an asset).

Full-Stack Developer – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years in UX design, human-computer interaction, and building user interfaces & server-side functionalities, including 3 similar projects. Proficiency in English (French an asset).

Business Analyst – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years in business requirements analysis for digital solutions, including 3 similar projects. Proficiency in English (French an asset).

Test Engineer – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years in quality assurance/testing of digital solutions, including 3 similar projects. Proficiency in English (French an asset).
